The key objective of this project is to set up general programme and detailed syllabus for the teaching of human and social capital, both for academic and research institutions, e.g. for doctoral studies. The project is set to come up with teaching materials including the output provided by Polska 2000 Plus Forecasting Committee. 
Under this project, we divide the key objective into three specific goals as well as tasks relative to day-by-day management:
                                                     
                                                  A. Designing syllabus and teaching materials for lectures on human and social capital.
                                                   
                                                  B. Setting up and managing nationwide conferences and seminars promoting the concept of both capitals above.
                                                  
                                                  C. Delivering lectures at selected university level institutions as well as research institutions of Polish Academy of Sciences.
